Ops Control HQ · Florida Condo Intelligence

Limited Review is gone. Project-document readiness matters more.

For loan applications dated on or after August 3, 2026, Fannie Mae retired Limited Review. Established projects that previously relied on it now generally move through Full Review or, where applicable, Waiver of Project Review. Lenders remain responsible for reviewing project documentation and making eligibility determinations.

What changed operationally

A lightweight pre-screen layer for repeat Florida condo files

Ops Control HQ organizes authoritative public-record signals before or alongside the formal project-review workflow. When matchable, we surface DBPR/SIRS reporting signals, entity/corporate standing, building-age and milestone-exposure context, source dates, and unresolved ambiguities. We preserve provenance and do not convert missing public records into compliance conclusions.
